I thought I would use one of my retreat backgrounds for the December ATC swap over on Clarity Crafts Mini Makes and ATCs as sections look quite wintery. The prompt is Festive and the colour, silver.
Trim one of the backgrounds from the Clarity summer retreat to ATC size (2.5” x 3.5”).
Add the ATC stamp onto the back in Jet Black Archival ink and fill in using black ink.
Add the snowflake corner from the Christmas Corners stamp set in Versamark ink and heat emboss with detail silver embossing powder.
Reverse the corner and add it in a like manner at the bottom.
Add the sentiment from the stamp set in the same way.
Finish the silver embossing using three snowflakes from the Güd Gnomes A6 stamp set.
To finish the ATC, brush Tumbled Glass Distress ink over the background and buff up the embossing with a paper towel.
For the card, I used Linda’s Snowflake Kisses.
Add the large snowflake to a small piece of Clarity stencil card in Versamark ink and heat emboss with detail silver EP.
Add one of the sentiments in a like manner.
Give a light spray with Broken China and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide sprays.
Add a touch of bling with Uncharted Mariner Distress Spritz, then finish by edging with a blue Sharpie pen and adding to the front of a 4” x 4” white card blank.
