It would have been my late husband's 70th birthday tomorrow and I wanted to create something to remember the occasion. I adore the Family of Elephants stamps from Clarity Crafts and decided to combine them with a small alcohol ink / gel press background from a recent workshop with Barbara Gray.
Choose a background - this one was a mop up sheet from various places on the gel plate.
Add the largest left facing elephant from the stamp set in Jet Black Archival ink.
Add the second largest elephant likewise.
Add the baby elephant in the same ink.
Die cut a frame from companion paper using the 4" and 3.5" nested square film strip doodle frame-its frames & panels dies.
Add the moon from the Timestamp Creations Mystical Hare set to the topper in Saffron Archival ink.
Add one of the sentiments from the Elephant set in the same black ink as before.
Add the topper to a 5" x 5" white card blank.
To finish, add the frame to the card.
