All We Have is Now

Clarity Crafts are introducing quote postcards which can be decorated in all sorts of ways - stamping, stencilling, gel plate - and can be used on cards too.  Here is my first sample using one.

Take one of the Clarity Quote postcards (7” x 5”).

Add Spun Sugar and Shaded Lilac Distress inks to the A5 ABC Jungle Mixed Impressions texture stamp and add a background to the postcard.

Add some of the A6 Splats and Splodges in Black Soot Distress Archival ink.

Mat onto black card and trim leaving a narrow border. Add to the front of an 8” x 8” white card blank.

Mask off a section leaving a 1.5” panel on the right-hand side of the card.

Add stamping in Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide using the second largest ABC Mixed Impressions texture stamp.

Repeat but offset in Spun Sugar Distress Oxide.

Add further splats and splodges as before. Remove the masking.

To finish, die cut the #3 Scallop Doodle Frame-Its Panel die from black card and add the solid section to the card. Trim the ends.
