A Cheerful Birthday Card

I did some fussy cutting and layering with this die from Clarity Crafts to create this cheerful birthday card.
Trim a piece of dark blue card to 6” x 6”. Die cut Clarity Club die #17 (May 2020) from the centre at an angle.  Die cut again from Clarity stencil card, turquoise card and bright blue card.
Trim the white die cut down leaving a narrow border and add it to the dark blue topper slightly offset.
Fussy cut the turquoise die cut and add it as the next layer.
Next, fussy cut the bright blue die cut and add a final layer.
Die cut the Nested Square Doodle Frame-Its Frames from Clarity stencil card and set the third largest to one side.
Die cut the largest Nested Square Scallop Doodle Aperture Frame-It from the topper.
Add the separate frame to the topper.
Die cut a mat from a piece of Amazonia Companion Paper using the largest nested squares picot die.
Mat up the topper and add it to the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank.
To finish, add one of the KISS words stickers.

Morning Sarah - When I saw the heading for this lovely card, I jumped in because I thought it was the patterned circles (club die #29) - so I am going to have a go at your design using that die (I hope that's OK - I don't have the die you have used).
Love
