Rainbow Stencilled Background

I decided to use the A4 Abstract Squares stencil which comes with the Japonica SHAC Floral Panel stamps on its own to create this bright and cheerful card.

Attach the A4 Abstract Squares stencil to the front of an 8” x 8” white card blank. Mask off some of the squares at the bottom.

Sweep Mowed Lawn Oxide across the centre with a Clarity stencil brush.

Add Mustard Seed, Carved Pumpkin and Festive Berries Oxides in the same way moving up the stencil.

Add Salty Ocean, Chipped Sapphire, and Wilted Violet Oxides moving down.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 2” x 3” nested rectangle die and a mat from black card using the corresponding picot die.

Stamp onto the topper in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink using the rainbow quote from the Mini Words of Wisdom stamp set.

Colour using the same colour Distress markers as the Oxides used for the background.

To finish, mat up the topper and add it to the card.
