Holly Jolly Christmas

Once again, rather than use the main framer stamp, I worked with the additional Winter SHAC Framer stamps only to create this Christmas card.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the smallest nested rectangles die and a mat from black card using the corresponding picot die.

Add the sentiment from the Winter SHAC Framer stamp set in Black Soot Distress Archival ink and mat it up.

Place the topper onto a 6” x 6” white card blank and use pencil to mark the location.

Add the two robins from the same stamp set in the same way as before.

Create a background on the card using the #1 and #5 outline stamps in the same ink.

Colour the images using the corresponding solid stamps in Lucky Clover and Fossilized Amber Distress Oxides and colour the berries with a Festive Berries Distress marker.

Erase the pencil lines and add the topper to the front of the card.

To finish, colour the robins with Faber-Castell Polychromos (#121, #219, #184, #182, #10, #172).
