New Home Card with Personal Touches

My sister recently moved house.  I love this design from Clarity and found the perfect way to personalise the card.

Stamp the line art stamp from the Townhouse stamp set onto Clarity stencil card using Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.
Add Frayed Burlap, Gathered Twigs and Rusty Hinge Oxides to the infill stamp and fill in the line art.
Add Squeezed Lemonade and Tumbled Glass Distress inks to the background stamp to add further colour.
Go over the bottom section with Old Paper Distress ink.
Add further hints of colour using Faber-Castell Polychromos (#165, #217, #188, #176, #145, #103, #182, #112).
Die cut the topper using the 4.5” nested squares die and a mat from black card using the corresponding nested squares picot die.
Die cut an aperture into the topper using the middle nested square heart doodle aperture frame-it die and mat up the topper.
Die cut two of the cats from the Clarity club die Brick Wall with Cats and Dogs (#35) in black card and one in Clarity stencil card.
Add ‘Congratulations on Your New Home along the bottom of a 7”x 7” white card blank in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink using stamps from Mini Word Chains 11/12, 9/10, 1/2, 3/4 and 13/14. Mask off the s on the end of news before inking up and remove masking before stamping.
Add the topper to the card.
To finish, add finishing touches to the cats and add them along the top of the topper. Add a fine black line around the white cat.
