Hoppy Birthday

I used some of the smaller stamps which come with two of the linocut stamp sets from Claritystamp to create this card.  I had fun with a pun too.

Draw a pencil line 4cm from the bottom of a 6” x 6” white card blank. Add the grass stamp from the Apple Orchard Linocut stamp set along the line in Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide and erase the line once the ink is dry.

Using the cloud mask and a Clarity stencil brush, blend Moon Crater Artistry ink up off the mask. Move the mask down and continue until the sky is complete.

Add two of the hares from the Midnight Rose Linocut stamp set in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.

Add birds in the same ink using the Apple Orchard set.

To finish, add Hoppy Birthday below the grass in the same ink as the hares using the Entwined Sentiment stamp. Mask off the -a in Happy before inking, remove before stamping then add an -o using a Sakura fine liner.
