Ginkgo Leaf Rainbow

For my first card using the new Clarity Ginkgo leaf stamps and stencil designed by Barbara Gray, I decided to go with my trademark rainbow colours and just use the stencil.

Attach the Ginkgo stencil to the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank using a piece of masking tape to create a hinge.

Add Festive Berries and Carved Pumpkin Distress Oxides at the top using Clarity stencil brushes and spot on sponges.

Continue moving down the image in Mustard Seed and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxides.

Finish with Salty Ocean, Chipped Sapphire, and Wilted Violet Oxides. Remove the stencil and dry thoroughly.

Add scribbles around the edges of the stencilled image using a fine black Posca pen.

Mask off the bottom of the Rainbow Quote from the Words of Wisdom stamp set, ink up the rest of the image in Nocturne Versafine Clair, remove the masking and add the quote to the front of the card.

To finish, colour the lettering in the same colours of Distress markers as used for the stencilling.
