Ginkgo Leaf Panel Card with Verse

Blending a topper into a panel pattern is easy.  I used the technique with the Ginkgo Leaf stamps to create this card.
Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 2.5” x 3.5” nested rectangles die and a mat from black card using the corresponding nested rectangles picot die.
Stick the topper to the front of a 6” x 6” white card blank using repositionable tape and mask off a section of the card using some of the Clarity mask blanks.
Blend Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron Distress Oxides into the aperture.
Over stamp the aperture using the individual Ginkgo leaf stamps in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink. Remove the masks.
Remove the topper and add one of the verses from the Happiness is a Butterfly stamp set in the same ink as the leaves.
To finish, mat up the topper and add it to the front of the card, lining up the stamping.
