Colourful Smile: a Motivational Card

This time I made use of the mask outer that comes with the stamp set to add colourful stamping to the inside of the Feel-Good word.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 4.5” nested square die. Cut a mat from black card using the 4.75” nested square picot die.

Add the Smile outline stamp from the Feel-Good Words set of the same name to the centre of the topper in Onyx Black Versafine ink and mask off the outside of the image.

Ink up the A6 Wildflowers Mixed Impression stamp in Peacock Feathers and Twisted Citron Distress Oxides and stamp through the aperture. Remove the mask.

Stamping directly onto the front of a 5” x 5” white card blank, add the same stamp in the same colour Oxides over the whole card front.

Add ‘every day’ from the Smile stamp set to the bottom of the topper in Onyx Black Versafine ink.

Add the large daisy from the same set in the top left corner in the same ink.

Colour the daisy with Faber-Castell Polychromos and add a stencilled daisy behind the text using Jo’s Flower Power stencil and the same colours of Distress inks as the Oxides.

To finish, mat up the topper and add it to the front of the card.
