This page was created following weekly prompt 17 on Junk Journals Junkies and Mindful Art; Brown, Pink, Turquoise and Music.
I started by adding torn up pieces of Symphony Tissue by Tim Holtz (now discontinued) randomly over the page. When dry, I covered the whole page with Aquamarine Archival ink.
To add depth, I then blended Dylusions Vibrant Turquoise paint through several mini (6" x 6") stencils by TCW; Microbial, Butterfly Collage and a stencil from That Special Touch; Droplets.
For the next steps I moved onto brown and blended Dylusions Melted Chocolate paint through the mini Sheet Music stencil (TCW). Images from the Tangled Tape and Music Speaks stamp sets by Visible Image were then stamped on using Ground Espresso Archival ink.
To add pink, I die cut the larger of the two MP3 Player die sets by Die-Namics in pinks and browns and matted the image together. I also stamped the sentiment 'Music on World off' from the stamp set of the same name (Visible Image) onto some matching pink card (Ground Espresso Archival) and matted it onto brown and bright pink. I also blended Dylusions Bubblegum Pink paint through the Sheet Music stencil that I had used earlier with the brown paint (cleaning it in between of course). It only remained to glue the focal image and sentiment onto the page.
