Working with Alcohol Inks on Acrylic

This piece was the last one that I made for the recent mixed media Clarity shows on Hochanda with Louise Withers.  I used a larger acrylic square as I was feeling more confident working on the substrate, having already created three samples.
Remove the protective coating and add shades of blue alcohol inks in lines across the large acrylic square: Indigo, Sailboat Blue, Aqua, Pool, Mermaid and Stonewashed.
Use blending solution on felt to blend (keep one for the Indigo or it will overpower the rest). Allow to dry thoroughly.
On the other side, drag Pentart heavy body matte gel through the 7” x 7” Clarity shell stencil. Remove the stencil and add medium 3D powder, fine copper granite mineral powder and fine black granite mineral powder in turn until the gel is completely covered. Allow to dry thoroughly.
Add Mermaid Lagoon and Tumbled Glass Oxides to a quote chip and edge it in dark blue ink. Add this to the acrylic square using acrylic glue.
