WOYWW 868/88: Feeling Much Better

Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness.  Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.

Still sending love and best wishes to Neet in hospital.

My desk actually shows a work in prog

ress for a change.  I rejoined the Clarity New Design Groovi club after a few years away and am in the middle of working on the January offering.

I have put a pause on the knitting for the moment as Mum pointed out that it may have had a bearing on the pain - GP says it is likely muscular-skeletal as most other things were ruled out at A&E last week.  Thank you so much for all your well wishes.  I am feeling a lot better and the Ibuprofen gel prescribed by the GP is helping as well.

I had to resort to a Groovi plate for this one as I do not have a Clarity hourglass stamp.

City
As you can see, I have managed to keep up with my #dailyatc2026 challenge.
I am hoping to catch up with Twiglet on Friday as I am attending a Tilly Tea Dance workshop.  I will be at Mum's tomorrow therefore and hope to catch up with desk visits there.
Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

glad you are feeling better, but I hope it doesn't mean you have to abandon your knitting if it is contributing to the pain! great bunch of atcs. Enjoy Tilly's workshop. Happy WOYWW Helen #2

I’m glad you’re feeling better. I find with yarncraft that I’m much better if I do a bit then take.a short rest from it before going back. I hope you can continue your knitting soon.
I love your daily ATCs and admire your tenacity in keeping up with them.
BTW do you know ‘in a robble’ as a term for ‘In a tangle’? I’m guessing it’s Pottery dialect.
Happy WOYWW

I’m glad you’re on the mend Sarah, shame about the possibility that knitting is causing you some aches and pains though, I hope the gel is helping. Great fun seeing your daily drawings, I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the challenge!

So sorry to hear you've been unwell, glad you are on the mend. I hope you can continue your knitting, it's looking very impressive - the design is lovely but looks very complicated! I'm loving the ATC challenge, you've come up with some brilliant ideas for it. Hope you have a good week and your recovery continues well.

Glad to hear you're feeling better and that the pain relief is working. Another fabulous array of ATCs and because to me it's reminiscent of a scene from The Omen, I particularly like the Lightning Strike :D xx

Ah, that makes sense doesn’t it, you might have to knit standing up or sit differently, supported by every cushion in the house. Very glad though, that you aren’t in pain anymore, it’s always a worry.give a Jo a great big hug from me please, am sure you’ll have a fab day!

Glad to hear you are feeling better, your mum is probably right about the connection . It might take you a bit longer to finish your jumper, but only do a bit at a time. Hugs Angela #10
