February Groovi Calendar Page

Even though the Clarity 2026 parchment calendar blank comes with sheets of parchment, I decided to continue working on a piece of Rainbow River designer parchment.

Having chosen a colour that I thought went with February, I added the inner and outer double lines from the Jayne's Frame Groovi plate with the 1mm Pergamano tool working on the back (brightly coloured side) of the parchment.

Next, I filled in the frame using the Hearts Baby Plate using the same tool.

For the centre I added the heart shaped lock and some keys from the (now discontinued) Key to My Heart A5 square Groovi plate.

To finish the line art I, used Groovi Word Chains #6 and #3 to add 'Lots of Love' above the lock and keys.

Next, I added several layers of whitework to some of the hearts in the frame using the 4.5mm Pergamano ball tool, leaving 20 minutes between to allow the parchment to rest.

The following day, I went back over twice with the 3mm Pergamano ball tool leaving a 20 minute resting time between layers.

Next, I added Perga glitter (hint of pink) to the inner frame, the lettering, the filigree on the lock and keys and some of the hearts in the frame using a mapping pen and sticky ink.

Once dry, I trimmed across the corners, added a 16.3cm x 16.3cm piece of stencil card behind, then folded the outer edges and glued them to the card.

To finish, I simply used a tape runner to add the topper to the February calendar page.
