'Twas the Night Cool Yule

I used a print from a recent online class with Barbara Gray to go with one of the 'Twas the Night printed parchment pages to create this card.

Die cut the 13th page in the ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas parchment set using the 3.75” nested circle picot die.

Use the corresponding Groovi plate to emboss a double line within the picot cut using a #1 Groovi tool.

Remove the colour from the cat and footprints on the back of the parchment, using the white end of a Faber-Castell eraser.

Take a strip of double sided adhesive used to remove alcohol ink from a gel plate.

Remove the backing and add a section to the front of a 5” x 5” white card blank. Trim the end.

Add one of the I am Essential Christmas sentiments in Night Sky Archival ink.

Die cut a mat from Clarity stencil card using the 3.5” nested circle die.

Attach the parchment to the mat using small white brads and add the topper to the front of the card.

To finish, add detail to the words using a white Pergamano gel pen.
