For 2026 I have Clarity Calendar blanks and intend to make a Groovi page and an inky page each month - one for the kitchen and one for my craft room. This is the last page in my Funky Fossil calendar, but using Clarity stamps and stencils.
I used my Clarity View Rulers to cut one of my backgrounds from the summer retreats to 6" x 6".
I then had a play with one of the Pine Trees Treescape Overlay stencils. I added one to the card and blended Fern Green, English Ivy and Ground Espresso Archival inks through the apertures using masking tape where needed. I then dragged French Ultramarine and Shadow Grey Archival inks off the stencil along the bottom of the topper and removed the stencil.
I then added the second stencil to mask the inking and a moon mask, and brushed Faded Jeans Distress ink over the background.
I then removed the masking and added shadows to the trees using a Faber-Castell Polychromo (#233).
To follow, I added one of the black Pergamano rub-on transfers from the Christmas sentiments. It did work over the acrylic paint and ink, but I had to rub hard and check carefully before removing the top sheet from the topper.
Next I added the stag and footprints from the Woodland Scene stamp set in Jet Black Archival ink.
Before adding it to the December page of my calendar, I edged the topper with a black Sharpie pen.
To finish the page, I used a Pergamano mapping pen and sticky ink to add Perga Glitter to the trees and ground (a touch of silver).
