I recently bit the bullet and decided it was time to join in with the PTC (Parchment Trading Card) swap over on Clarity Crafts Mini Makes and ATCs. The prompt for October is Autumn Leaves and the colour is orange. This was my first ever PTC.
Using clear parchment and the nested rectangle Groovi plate, add a double line using the 2.5” x 3.5” rectangle with a 1.5 Pergamano ball tool.Using the A5 square Autumn Wreath Groovi plate, add a section of leaves within the inner rectangle using the same embossing tool.Add Autumn from the same plate into the corner.Die cut the parchment using the corresponding nested rectangle picot die.Colour the leaves and acorns on the front of the parchment with Perga liners (B9 – B13, B3) and blend out with Dorso oil and a Pergamano blending pen and nib. Before blending |
After blending |
Die cut a piece of kraft card using the 2.5” x 3.5” nested rectangle die. Attach the parchment using small light orange brads.
Add the Clarity ATC stamp onto the back of the appropriate size of stencil card in Monarch Orange Archival ink. Add a date stamp and one of the personalised name stamps in the same ink. Hand write the rest.To finish, add the PTC to the stencil card. I already had a card with Autumn leaves (see HERE) so sent that to my partner with the PTC.
