November Calendar Page

 I finally got round to making my November calendar page.  I thought I would use one of the backgrounds created in a recent online workshop with Barbara Gray.  This is how it ended up.

Choose one of the backgrounds made during experiment three.

Trim it to 6" x 6".

Add the tree from the Wild West Treescape stamp set in Jet Black Archival ink.

Add the large grass stamp from the same set multiple times likewise.

Add the smaller version either side of the tree in the same ink.

Stamp the large horse rider in a like manner, followed by the bird.

Add shading below the tree, grasses and rider using a cool grey Polychromo pencil (#232).

Add a Woodblock sticker.

To finish, edge the topper with a black Sharpie pen and add it to the calendar.
