A friend's son got married recently and I made a card for her to give him and his new wife. It was an Autumn colour scheme and theme so I thought the Elementree stamps from Clarity Crafts would be perfect for it.
Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the largest nested square die and add a leaf from set 1 in Golden Rod Archival ink three times.Add a second leaf from the same set, likewise, in Monarch Orange archival ink.Continue in Spiced Marmalade Distress Archival, using a third leaf from set 1.Followed by Russet Archival ink, then Tea Rose Archival ink using a leaf from set 2.Add a further leaf from set 1 in Frayed Burlap Distress Archival ink. Finally, brush Squeezed Lemonade Distress ink over the background.Add one of the Wee Folk 6 stamps in Versamark ink and heat emboss in detailed copper embossing powder.Die cut a mat from copper card using the largest nested square picot die and mat up the topper.Die cut the names of the bride and groom from the same card, using the smaller Woodblock Print Alphabet dies.Add them to the topper using Perga Glue.Add the topper to the front of a 7" x 7" white card blank.Finish with a gold Pergamano rub-off transfer from the Anniversary/Wedding set.
