Bijou Japanese Butterfly Round on Kraft

I went for a more monochromatic look for this sample using one of the Japanese Flower & Butterfly Sampler stamps from Clarity Crafts - black and white on kraft card.

Cut a 5” x 5” kraft card blank in half. Stamp the Bijou Japanese Love Butterfly round onto one half in Jet Black Archival ink.

Add the butterfly infill stamp in white Colour Cloud ink.

Add the large leaves in the same way.

Add the remaining infill stamps likewise.

Colour the tiny leaves and add further shading using the B1 Pergaliner pencil.

Die cut the topper using the 4” nested square hearts doodle frame-its frames and panels die.

Add the Love sentiment in the same black ink as before.

Die cut a piece of Clarity stencil card using the 5” die from the same set. Turn over and emboss round the inside with a #2 Groovi embossing tool. Add to the front of a 6” x 6” kraft card blank.

To finish, add the topper to the front of the card.
