Flower Vase Notelets

I decided to make a set of notelets with the individual flower stamps from Linda Williams' A6 Floral collection (set 2).  I combined them with vases from the vase stencil #3.

Die cut an aperture frame from three small pieces of Clarity stencil card using the second smallest Nested Square Heart Doodle Aperture Frame-its dies.

Stamp the individual Peony, Poppy or Clematis flower from the Linda Williams’ A6 Florals set 2 into the centre of each topper in Jet Black Archival ink.

Mask up the images using the corresponding masks to each set.

Add one of the vases/pots to each topper using the Vases 3 7x7 stencil. Use a spot on sponge and French Ultramarine, Dusty Concord and Rose Madder Archival inks. Drag the ink in from the edges to give shape to the vases/pots.

Add foliage behind the flowers using the stencil and Library Green Archival ink. Remove the masking.

Colour the flowers with Faber-Castel Polychromos (#225, #219, #263, #125, #128, #141).

Mat each topper onto a piece of 4”x 4” Rainbow River Companion paper.

Add each topper to a 5” x 5” white card blank.

To finish, add a sentiment from each flower set to the cards in the same ink used for the vases.
