Happy Christmas Wooden Toy Card

I had a play with one of the new SHAC Wooden Toy stamp sets and coordinating dies.

Stamp the large SHAC Christmas Tree wooden toy stamp onto a piece of Clarity stencil card in Jet Black archival ink.

Die cut the image using both dies in the corresponding set.

Die cut a second tree using the outer die only.

Add the gifts to the blank die cut in the same ink as before.

Add the bow outline above the door in the same way.

Add the infill stamp in Barn Door Distress Archival ink.

Colour the images using Kuretake Clean Colour brush pens and Barn Door Distress marker.

Mat the two layers together.

Add one of the nested square embedders onto the front of a 6” x 6” white card blank.

From the back, go round the outside of the embedder with a Groovi embossing tool (#2).

Add the Christmas Tree Topper.

Add Happy Christmas from the Celebrations 1 stamp set in Barn Door Archival ink.

To finish, add the father Christmas stamp from Wee Folk 7 in Jet Black Archival ink and draw a line from his hand to the front of the toy with a black fine liner.
