Thank You: You Are So Kind

I am very grateful to my family, friends and colleagues for their support at this time.  I made this card using the January 2024 Clarity New Design Club stencil.

Add the heart shape mask outer to a piece of Clarity stencil card.

Add the January 2024 Clarity club stencil (#116) over the top.  Blend Pink Peony Archival ink through the heart aperture.

Stamp into the aperture using one of the Mixed Media Journaling stamps in the same ink.

Cover up the heart with the mask inner and remove the outer mask.

With the stencil in the same place, blend French Ultramarine Archival ink through the rest of the aperture – don’t worry about picking up the pink ink from the stencil, it will blend together.

With the stencil still in place, use the same ink to add stamping using a different stamp from the same set as before. Remove the stencil and mask.

Die cut the topper using the second largest nested square hearts doodle frame-its frames & panels die.

Mat onto black card (6” x 6”).

Outline Thank You with a fine black Posca pen.

Add ‘You are so kind’ from the KISS Bijou Ribbon Sentiments stamp set in Jet Black Archival ink.

To finish, add to the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank.
