Christmas Jumper: Ho! Ho! Ho!

I had lots of fun masking and colour matching to create this Christmas card.

Stamp the scarf from the Hat and Mittens set onto Clarity stencil card in Black Soot Distress Archival ink.  Create a mask for the scarf from a piece of Mask blank and mask it up.

Add the Christmas jumper in the same ink as before.

Add the outer mask round the jumper.

Stamp the trees across the body and sleeves in Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide.

Add the large zigzags in Festive Berries Oxide below.

Add the smaller zigzags over the top in Rustic Wilderness Oxide.

Remove the outer mask and replace with the jumper mask.

Blend Bundled Sage Distress ink around the jumper and remove the masking.

Colour the scarf with Faber-Castell Polychromos (#118, #219, #165).

Add a black line round all four edges of the topper using a black Sharpie pen. Mat the topper onto a piece of Waimea Falls companion paper trimmed to 7.25” x 7.25”.

Trim a piece of Shenandoah companion paper to 7.75” x 7.75” and mat again.

Add to the front of an 8” x 8” white card blank.

To finish, add Ho! Ho! Ho! and Cool Yule to the front of the card in Black Soot Distress Archival ink.
