WOYWW 704: Normal Service Has Been Resumed

And so another week flies by.  I can't believe that tomorrow will be December!  Don't forget to visit all the other WOYWW desks via Julia at Stamping Ground.

I decided to make a tag yesterday and took a picture of some of my more recent ones on my desk before I started (blogging the finished piece on Friday).

As you can see I have moved on to a more vintage feel in my daily journal using the Tim Holtz Christmas paper dolls.

I had a fabulous time at Maxine's felting workshop on Saturday but can't share what I made as it will be a Christmas present.

My hand is more or less back to normal now with just the occasional twinge.  The swelling and bruising have gone and I was able to put my wedding ring on again yesterday too.

Hoping to get round to you all later today after work.  Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

Gosh felting with a bad hand! Well done. Was it the needle type? If you feel inspired to continue I think I have a bunch of wool somewhere that I must have had over 5 years - let me know before you buy anything. One day I will post my feeble attempt if I ever find it, it seems to have gone walkabout from my shelf. Thought it would be something I could do in front of the telly but hubby moans about the noise. Amazed he can hear it, never seems to be able to hear when I ask him to do something. Have a good week, love n hugs Cindyxx #14

Really glad you enjoyed your day with Max. I had Ben so we arrived a bit later to help tidy up. Now that we have the exhibition done, I hope to get a few cards finished. Your latest ones are fab. x x Jo

Glad your hand is feeling better, hands are so valuable to us crafters. Love the vintage doll look I haven't seen them before but that's not surprising as I am so out of touch with crafting purchases in the UK. Ani

Super pages, love the vintage feel and again I am familiar with the papers (they could be called vintage themselves LOL) So glad the hand is nearly better, what a horrid fall you had. Super tags too, BJ#18

Good news about your hand Sarah, such a relief for the long term too, huh. Love the tags, they are wonderful colours. You’ll have a collection to match your journals at this rate!
