Shaving foam Background: Hugs & Kisses

I had fun creating a background using the shaving foam technique for this card using one of the new A5 Burst stencils from Claritystamp.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 3.5” nested squares die and a mat from black card using the corresponding nested squares picot die.
Mask off part of the A5 circle Burst stencil and blend Salvaged Patina and Uncharted Mariner Distress inks through the largest circle section ono the topper. Remove and clean the stencil.
Trim a piece of stencil card to 6.5” x 6.5”. Add shaving foam to a tray and add drops of Salvaged Patina and Uncharted Mariner Distress re-inkers onto the foam. Drag the colour across the foam and place the card face down onto it. Remove the card and scrape off the foam. (Pull a few more prints and leave to one side).
Add one of the Wee Folk 1 stamps into the circle on the small topper in Black Soot Distress Archival ink.
Trim a piece of black card to 6.75” x 6.75” and mat up the background leaving a narrow border.
Mat up the small topper and add it to the large one.
Add Hugs & Kisses using Word Chain 15 in the same ink as before.
Add the topper to the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank.
To finish the inside of the card, add Sending You Lots from the same stamp set in the same ink.
