From Small Stamp to Large Card

Even though the focal point of this card is a small stamp, it still looks good on a large card through framing, matting and layering.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 4” nested squares die and a mat from black card using the corresponding nested squares picot die.
Die cut an aperture into the front of a 7” x 7” kraft card using the largest Nested Square Heart Doodle Aperture Frame-Its die.
Add the leaf Bijou Woodland Art Block image to the topper in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.
Add the smallest square embedder over the image using double sided temporary tape.
Add relax from the same stamp set as before all round the embedder in the same ink.
Flip the topper over on the A5 Lightwave and use the #4 followed by the #3 Groovi tool to go round the edges. Remove the embedder.
Mat up the topper and add it to the front of the card blank.
Create an insert using an A3 piece of copy paper, folded in half and trimmed to 6.75” x 6.75”. Add it into the card blank.
To finish the front of the card, add two of the small heart leaf stamps around each corner of the topper in the same ink as before.
To finish the inside of the card, add Happy Birthday using the Entwined Sentiments and some further leaf stamps.
