WOYWW 585: Still On My Own

This week is a week of anniversaries.  Last Saturday was my fifth blogiversary and next Saturday marks my 55th birthday and, coincidentally, my 1500th blog post.  I bet LLJ likes those number patterns along with this week's WOYWW palindrome.  I am sharing my desk as usual with Julia and her gang over at Stamping Ground where many other desks may also be visited.
My desk this week shows the only two companions I will have until Eva joins me again next Tuesday.  Also my second birthday present: one of Tilly Tea Dance's gorgeous sunflower limited edition pieces.  I couldn't resist them.  I am not showing the other item which arrived in the same package, as it is a belated birthday present for one of my sisters.  Aren't the postcards which accompanied the package pretty too.  The items were wrapped in tissue paper and are perfect for gifts.  Thanks Maxine (an Jo) for your fabulous work.  As you can see peeking out on the left, my neck fans arrived just in time for the change in weather lol.  It will be the weekend before I make my visits as we are off gallivanting for a couple of days, leaving #3 son to house sit.  Stay safe and happy WOYWW.

Enjoy your gallivanting - you deserve one and need it before term begins.
Lovely picture from Maxine and yes, the gifts come beautifully wrapped. Are you a Van Gogh fan or do you just like sunflowers?
I do like your dispenser for the washi tape, well I think that is what it is, your desk is always so organised and tidy.
Hugs, Neet 7 xx

Happy Birthday for Saturday!! Too right about me and the numbers, I don't know why it makes me happy when numbers are satisfying like that, it's always been that way ever since school. I just like patterns I guess! That neck fan sounds the Bess knees, I could do with one of them all the time at the moment, lol!!
Hugs LLJ 6 xxxx

Yes, sometimes you can wonder if the numbers are a coincidence or not ...
My daughter was born 8.8 1988 at 8.35 and we lived in port no 44 and so on ... She is an 8 all times! the list could be super long. What to believe? : D
Happy Birthday!
Stay as healthy as you can and have a nice week.
I really like this WOYWW and the opportunity to visit
creative people in the blogosphere.

Oh what fun...those special Tilly Tea Dance's pieces of art are amazing. Hope you had fun gallivanting !!! My aunt used that term a lot. Thank you so much for your kind words. We were blessed with nice weather so I was able to walk and enjoy sounds and beauty of nature to mellow me out. I miss my grandkids so much and this virus prevents visits. Air travel is pretty much out for now.
My DH is always very supportive. And "HAPPY" Celebrating My your Birthday be many good years ahead Oh to be 55 again !! πŸŒΊπŸŒΊπŸŽ‚πŸ¦πŸŽˆπŸŽˆπŸ’ŒπŸ’—πŸ’—

Well I’m weekend visiting too because the gallivanting which you speak of involved me and I’m now catching up! I’m so sorry that I didn’t know your birthday was upcoming. Many happy returns! Can’t blame you for the Tilly Tea Dance treat at all, I’m weighing up some Christmas presents but darent buy them too soon because I’ll talk myself into keeping them because there will be time to order more!! Weak!! Hope you enjoyed being away in the lead up to your birthday. And your birthday of course. And dont worry, the neck fan is a good investment for any lady over 50!!
