Quarantine Quickies #85 & #86: Rose Garden / Do It Yourself

Still taking my time to interpret the first 100 Quarantine Quickie prompts over on Mission Inspiration.
Cover a #8 manilla tag with the top layer of a piece of inky paper towel, seal with matte medium, dry and trim the excess.
Add Tea Rose archival ink through the Clarity Rose stencil (NDSC #45) with a foam tool.
Stamp the roses (Clarity Rosie and Bricks) at the bottom in Onyx Black Versafine ink and heat emboss in clear embossing powder.
Add shading to the roses using Faber-Castell big brush markers blended out with a Pergamano blending pen and nibs.
To finish, add the prompt using a black Posca pen.
Cover a #8 manilla tag with the top layer of a piece of inky paper towel, seal with matte medium, dry and trim the excess.
Add black gesso through the Clarity Elegant Ladies 1 stencil with a foam tool.
Add stamping to the dress using stamps from the Haberdashery set and Versamark ink. Heat emboss with detail white embossing powder.
Add shading at the bottom using a Faber-Castell big brush marker blended out with a Pergamano blending pen and nib. You can see where the paper towel had not been completely sealed as that part did not blend as well.
To finish, add the prompt using a black Posca pen.

I haven't done any dress making in a while, but it is something I used to do a great deal.
