This time I used one of the stamps from the King of Hearts set by Linda Williams to decorate a stamp board shape and a frame to match. A masculine look to the birthday card resulted.
Stamp one of Linda’s King of Hearts onto a piece of the smallest heart stamp board pieces in Mushroom Adirondack ink. Dry thoroughly.
Colour in some of the heart using brown pencils. Triple heat emboss the stamp board using Versamark ink and clear embossing powder. Die cut a frame from Clarity stencil card using the 5.75” and 4.25” nested square picot dies. Stamp the same heart used for the main focal point around the frame in Mushroom Adirondack ink. Stamping directly onto the front of a 6” x 6” kraft card blank, add ‘Happy Birthday’ using the Entwined Sentiment stamps. Stamp in Versamark ink and heat emboss in white embossing powder. Add the frame to the front of the card using foam pads for added dimension. To finish, add the heart tile.
