The latest instalment towards 100 tags, following the prompts on Mission Inspiration. I found the perfect paper towel mop up sheets on my pile to use as backgrounds for these.
Cover a #8 manilla tag with the top layer of a piece of inky paper towel, seal with matte medium, dry and trim the excess.
Lay Jo’s Bubbles stencil from Clarity over the top and go round the larger bubbles with a black micron pen. Move the stencil and add a couple more bubbles at the top.
Paint out the background using black acrylic paint and a brush.
To finish, add the prompt using a black Posca pen.
Cover a #8 manilla tag with the top layer of a piece of tissue paper stained paper towel, seal with matte medium, dry and trim the excess.
Stamp the teddy bear (Clarity NDC #141) onto a piece of Clarity stencil card in Sepia Versafine ink.
Scribble Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer watercolour pencils (#180/#280) onto the Pergamano water mix ma, pick up with a watercolour brush pen and colour the image.
Fussy cut and add to the tag. Seal the bear with matte medium and dry thoroughly.
Add some shading below and around the bear using Faber-Castell Big Brush markers, blended out with a Pergamano blending pen and nibs.
To finish, add the prompt using a black Posca pen.
