A Field of Poppies using Tina's Floral Spray

For my second sample using Tina's Poppy spray stamps, I used one of the mixed impression texture stamps to create a background.
Trim a piece of Clarity stencil card to 6.75” x 6.75”. Blend Old Parchment Artistry ink onto a blending mat, pick it up on a brayer and add it to the large Mixed Impressions Textile stamp. Stamp onto the card. Repeat until the whole background is covered.
Repeat the stamping in the same way, this time using Stonewashed Adirondack ink and offset the stamping a little.
Stamp the poppy spray three times across the bottom of the card at different heights in Onyx Black Versafine ink.
Colour the flowers with watercolour pencils and blend out the colour with a watercolour brush pen.
Add further colour with Derwent Inktense watercolour pencils. Blended out in the same way.
Stamp one of the Special Day sentiments in Onyx Black Versafine ink and heat emboss in clear embossing powder.
Add stamping over the sentiment in Blaze Artistry ink using three of the solid stamps.
To finish, add to the front of a 7” x 7” black card blank.
