WOYWW 836/56 : Downhill All the Way

Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness.  Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.

My desk this week shows the beautiful card that Jo (Twiglet) gave me at the needle felting class that Eva and I both went to last Friday as well as some of the toppers made at my recent workshop with Barbara Gray.
My lavender fields picture has joined the rest of my efforts at one of Tilly Tea Dance's classes on the mantlepiece.
I am not keen on stairs and followed a great YouTube video to create this drawing.

A quick play with archival ink lol.
Thinking of my upcoming trip to Paris with Y8.
Quick cave art.
The most skewed I could think of!
19 more working days until retirement - 18 after today.  Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

How wonderful to have all those pictures you have done with Tilly. I couldn't pick a favourite, they are all so beautiful.
Well done on all your daily drawings, looking at the titles I would have been stumped with lots of them

Oh WOW love seeing all your needle felting pictures the lavender fields is gorgeous. Super card from Twiglet too. Love the colours in the Barbara Gray toppers. As for your daily art you never cease to amaze me with your ingenuity. Penrose stairs - brilliant but without banisters well scary too. Cave drawings are excellent too. Here you are counting down days to retirement and I am pondering going to volunteer in a school. Hugs BJ#5

Exciting! Hope the weather is lovely and all the kids well behaved. I love those swathes of colour on the card bases. They will make up great I'm sure. And the Card from Jo is quite special. Needle felting is very cool. Enjoy your away time.
Knitting day for me - Happy WOYWW!

Not long to go now, bet you can't wait. I retired and then did another three years one day a week covering for one of the art teachers that worked as an adviser for the subject. Quite liked that after working full time for thirty years. I miss it but wouldn't want to go back now. Love the drawing of the stairs, well done. WOYWW hugs, Angela x7x

18 days!!! Not many to go. I don't envy you doing a school trip to Paris. Lurve the French capital but wouldn't want to chaperone a group of kids to see it. Love the needle felting. I'm guessing you and Neet are following the same classes? Brilliant drawings as always. Love the stairs but it's pipped to the post by the guillotine as my fave :D xx

I love your needle felting pictures, and you daily watercolours. Your Escher stairs are great as well, a shame they’re your nightmare.

How nice to have something so fun to look forward to! I have never been out of North America, although my DD, Jasper and her Dad went to France last fall. The last of your drawings was very uncomfortable, my favourite though was the colourful fingerprints! Have a great week, Lindart #14
