On Friday and Saturday the latest Clarity Open Days took place in Ditton, Kent. Months of planning go into these days, culminating in a full day setting up in the community centre, two days seeing old faces and meeting new and a generally good time all round. I was honoured to be asked to run one of the make and takes for the first time. My project seems to have gone down well and I will be sharing it on my blog tomorrow for anyone who was unable to be there or didn't manage to sign up before the spaces filled.

On Thursday, it took an entire army of helpers to set up the Clarity shop ready to tempt everyone visiting the Open Days.I was very excited to see my sign ready for the inky make and takes.Maria came all the way from Dresden in Germany to take part. Everyone on the inky make and take had a chance to make a second card after completing the project, and there were many wonderful designs over the two days.Emma's second project was completely different to the first as well (thank you both for giving me permission to share). I hope to see many more on the Clarity Worldwide FB page.
Many thanks also go to: Jazz and her Mum who worked tirelessly in the kitchen to keep everyone fed and watered, Lisa, another of Clarity's designers, who helped Grace out on the tills, Jilly, who was everywhere making sure that stock didn't run out and had the answer to any questions, and of course Dave - van driver, technical set up and all round good egg.
I had a fabulous time, loved meeting everyone and looking forward to seeing all of you again in November!
