Mid Month Mini Make: Old, New, Touch of Red

 The prompt for the Mid Month Mini Mission on Clarity Crafts Mini Makes and ATCs is 'Something Old, Something New with a touch of red'.  This is what I came up with.

I started and finished with something new choosing one of the 21 toppers in Barb's Landscapes Backdrop Prints.  It has touches of red so fulfills that part of the brief too.

Something old was the various Miniature stamp sets that I used.  I masked off the bottom of the print with low tack tape and added the fence from the Garden Miniatures set in Jet Black Archival ink.

Using the same ink and technique I added one of the trees from the Whimsical Miniatures set.

Next came the couple on a bench from the Family Miniatures set.

Followed by a second tree from the Whimsical Miniatures.

The stamping was completed using the grasses from the Family Miniatures and the flower from the Woodland Miniatures.

I then added a touch of shading with a dark grey Polychromo pencil.

I finished with something new: one of the Rub-On transfers from the Friendship sentiments collection.
