Thank You Roses

I used a back issue Clarity New design Club stencil to combine with the rose tag from the new tags and frames happy birthday stamp set from Clarity Crafts.

Stamp the rose tag from the Tags and Frames Happy Birthday stamp set onto Clarity stencil card using Black Soot Distress Archival ink.

Add Thank You to the tag in the same ink as before using the same stamp set.

Die cut the image using the second smallest nested Victorian Plaque die.

Create a mat by drawing round the die onto black card and cut it out.

Add colour to the roses using Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer watercolour pencils blended out with a watercolour brush pen.

Mask off a panel down the right-hand side of a 6” x 6” white card blank leaving a 2” aperture.

Add Picked Raspberry Distress ink through the New Design Stencil Club back issue 45 Large Rose stencil in Distress ink.

Remove the stencil and add Squeezed Lemonade Distress ink trough the aperture. Remove the masking.

To finish, mat up the topper and add it to the front of the card.
