My husband's birthday is on Christmas Eve. It is lovely to make something other than Christmas Cards at this time of year, although I have given a nod to the season with a red and green colour scheme.
Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the third largest nested hearts doodle frame-its panel die and a mat from red card using the next size up.
Add the Clean and Tidy Round Layout line stamp to the stencil card topper in Jet Black Archival ink.
Mask round the circle using one of the geo circle embedders and low tack tape.
Add a strip of low tack tape and blend Sap Green Archival ink below it. Remove the tape.
Add the couple on a bench from Wee Folk set 1 in the same black ink as before and some foliage using a stamp from the Birdhouse Garden stamp set in Library Green Archival ink.
Remove the masking and colour the small circle with a pale yellow glitter pen.
Mask off and stamp Happy Birthday into the lower rectangle in Library Green Archival ink using on of the occasions Sentiments.
Colour the lettering with a red glitter pen.
To finish, mat up the topper and add it to a 6"x 6" white card blank.
