Monochrome Funky House Frame for a Poetry Verse

Once again I used the Funky houses stamp set to create a frame for one of the poetry verses.  This time in monochrome.

Die cut a topper from black card using the 2” nested square die. Cut a mat in Clarity stencil card using the 2.25” nested square picot die.

Stamp the To the World poetry verse from set 2 onto the topper in Versamark ink and heat emboss in white powder. Mat up the topper.

Lay the topper into the centre of a 5” x 5” black card blank for positioning. Create a frame directly onto the front of the card by stamping the two swirl stamps from the Funky Houses set in Versamark ink and heat embossing in white powder.

Mask off the bottom swirl and add one of the houses in the bottom left corner in the same way as the frame. Remove the mask before heat embossing.

To finish, add the poetry topper with foam pads for added dimension.
