Baby Boy Card

A colleague has recently gone on maternity leave.  This is the card that I made for the staff to give her (after a period in quarantine)!

Trim a piece of Antarctica designer paper to 7.5” x 7.5”. Cut a piece out of the centre using the 6.25” nested square picot die.

Mat the frame onto an 8” x 8” white card blank. Add a piece of 7” x 7” Clarity stencil card over the top.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 6” nested square die to go with the Antarctica mat.

Using Word Chains 9, 10 and 11 Add ‘A Baby Boy’ (set 10), Awesome, Amazing (set 9) and Congratulations (set 11) in Warm Breeze Versafine Clair ink.

Add the teddy bear using Clarity New Design Club stamp #141 in the same ink.

Colour the teddy using Faber-Castell Polychromos. 

To finish, mat up the topper and add it to the front of the card.
