WOYWW 589: Company for Crafting

Welcome to my weekly contribution to What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday (WOYWW) linking up with Julia and fellow deskers via Stamping Ground as usual.
I can actually show you what I was working on yesterday, as all my samples were safely in the post by the time I took this photo and I was working on a tag (surprise, surprise).
Socially distanced on the other side of the desk, Eva was working on Groovi projects.  It was a beautiful day, so no problem keeping the door and window open, and there are plenty of sanitising sprays and gel available to us as you can see.  It was a slightly shorter session than before, as Eva's class has moved earlier in the day and I had to pick up my son from college at 2pm too.  Still we had a thoroughly enjoyable morning crafting together.  Happy WOYWW.  I'll be round to visit tomorrow morning on my next day off.  Sorry Karen but I am still unable to comment on WordPress blogs, but I do visit.

Hi Sarah, aww I love those Labrador's are they stamps or dies? Reminds me of our sweet Bonita (still miss her terribly!) Good to see you have been able to have some crafty fun with Eva, very well organised.
Take care, enjoy your day & Happy WoywW Tracey #6 xx

This inability to comment on certain blogs is extraordinary isn’t it. I can comment on Wordpress without any difficulty, but occasionally I struggle with the blogger posts that are done on a mobile. Just weird. That’s a very large set of nesting does, and my first thought was ‘does Sarah realise that they won’t do that tag any good at all’, and then I remembered that it’s you and there must be a good reason for them to be on your desk! Lovely sight of Eva, I must say it must be so nice to spark off one another. I keep saying it, but it is lovely to have company when you craft, especially if you have no deadlines or difficult things to do!

What a lovely stamp that is of the two dogs, and how beautifully you have coloured them.
I take it Eva lives fairly close if you only got to craft for half the time. It must be good to have a friend to craft with on a regular basis. Wish my friend Lorraine lived closer to me.

I'm glad to see you got linked up ok - I was all set to do it but someone beat me to it (I get up considerably later than you, lol!!). It's good to know that you and Eva still craft, it's all about being sensible isn't it?

Looks like you two are having fun! Enjoy your day off.
No # for me as Julia's Mr. Linky disappeared when I tried to join in.

Love the t-shirt Eva. I went to the Great Wall of China for my 50th. It was soooo cold but exillerating. Love your sample. I can't find it now but i wonder if you know what an element on a Groovi plate is for. I'll spend the rest of the evening looking for it๐Ÿ˜‰ Hugs, Sue#17. xx

Excellent that you and Eva are happily crafting away together again, Sarah, despite the shorter session this week. Love the rectangular nesting dies you've got. I have a small set of these. Thanks for your visit - everyone agrees that the variegated background is the way to go, and I'm just glad I spotted that one on TV before I started! Lol - 3 breakdowns! I agree, they do tend to go in threes, goodness knows why. Actually, we had another major one today - someone drove into our gatepost at the front of the house and knocked it down. Horrendous. Insurance job, builders etc. Grrrr.
