I actually made this card for my own father in June, but as it was Father's Day in Australia last Sunday, I felt it was appropriate to share it today. I kept it really clean and simple as I was really busy writing school reports at the time.
I used offcuts from my card/paper bits box to die cut the Spellbinders Awesome Dad card creator die, using both the panel and the outer die. The same card was used to die cut the sentiment and as a mat.
The green paper is from a DCWV paper stack called Timeless Texture. Once everything was matted up, the two panels were glued to the front of a ready made 17cm x 17cm white card.
The verses inside are from two different stamp sets. The top one is from the lighthouse stamp set by Creative Expressions and the bottom one from the All in the Family stamp set by TPC Studio. Really appropriate as all three grandsons are 6'3" plus and they were signing the card too!
