Two Little Birdies

 I finally got round to using the Clarity Crafts New Design Club die from September 2020 and decided to follow a suggestion on the accompanying project sheet, combining it with the first ever die from the club.

Die cut Clarity Club die #21 (A Bird in the Hand) from a sheet of black card.

Add die #1 (Woodland Bird) below and offset so the birds are looking at each other.

Trim the topper so it measures 6.5" x 4.5" then add it to a piece of Indian Summer Designer card and trim leaving a narrow border.

Mat for a second time onto black card leaving a slightly wider border.

Add flitter glue to the birds and once tacky add metal flakes.  Remove the excess.

Using an older Clarity New Design club stamp, stamp directly onto the front of an 8" x 8" white card blank in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.

Add the topper to the front of the card.

To finish, add one of Barbara's word sticker stamps in Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide. Go round the edge with a black fineliner.
