Scene Within A Scene

 I thought it would be fun to create a scene within  a scene using this Clarity Club die from April 2020.

Die cut Clarity New Design Club die #16 from black card.

Add a frame using the 4" nested squares die.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 5.5" nested squares die and a mat from black card using the corresponding nested squares picot die.

Add the die cut scene to the topper.

Mask off the bottom section and use Stormy Sky Distress ink and one of the Build a Scene Clouds and Hills masks to add clouds to the top section.

Mask around the leaf and add a house into the centre using Hickory Smoke Distress marker and another of the masks.

Rearrange the masking and blend Bundled Sage Distress ink round the bottom of the topper.

Extend the lines onto the background using a black Posca pen.

Add a sun into the leaf using the Fosilized Amber Distress marker.

Paper piece the fields using Coordinations card stock.

Repeat for the trees using a darker green card.

Mat up the topper and add it to a 7" x 7" white card blank.

To finish, add one of the SHAC Feel Good Factore Words stickers.
