WOYWW 664: Feeling Better - It's the Holidays

Welcome to the school holiday desk shared with WOYWW via Julia at Stamping Ground as always.  Thanks for all the good wishes last week and for LLJ for linking me up when I was poorly.  Good job I prepare my post the day before.  I was well enough to manage my appointments at the virtual parents' evening (much easier than trying to reschedule) but didn't manage any desk visits last week.

As you can see, I have started prepping my new scrapbook for March and April with gesso.  Glad I got last Wednesday's page ready the night before so didn't miss a day.

I am spending the holidays catching up with some distance classes, working on secret stuff and on Friday the car is going for its MOT - so fingers crossed everyone.  I promise I will visit this week.  Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

And finally, some funnies from my craft room.

Happy to hear you are feeling better Sarah and I think the words you’ve added to your work are inspirational.
Good luck with the MOT. My VW Beetle is 19 years old in October so I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for another years grace heehee

Happy WOYWW. Enjoy half term. You reminded me that it is not too long until my 'new to me' car goes for its MOT. It will be the first electric car that our local garage has worked on. There is very little in electric cars that can go wrong, so I assume it will pass easily (it is only 5 years old). I love all of your pages, but the 2nd one down with the tree/leaves/landscape design is my favourite. Ali x #14

The Règlements du Chef are wonderful. I might pinch those for my husband!

Pleased to hear you're feeling better so you can enjoy your half term. I definitely understand you wanting to do the parents evening as trying to reschedule can be a nightmare and take up so much time trying to fit everyone in when it suits. Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww, Angela x5x

Even on a holiday week you’re fantastically busy. I hope you’re feeling much better, and as always I’m super impressed by your organisational skills let alone your crafting beauties. Really like the words you’ve chosen to stick on the journal pages this week.
