Having completed a drawing each day in 2021, I decided to change my daily art challenge for 2022. I had a 6" x 6" kraft card scrapbook and will be using it to complete a quick journal page each day. I spent some time at the end of 2021 sorting out left over die cuts, paper scraps, unfinished toppers and collage elements ready to go and added white gesso to the first pages of the scrapbook. Here is my journey so far.
A quick page using Amsterdam acrylic paint in the background.I have decided to use similar colour schemes on opposite pages.For the next pair of pages I went with lime greens and yellows.
Followed by blues and purples.
Next I used old maps as a background.Followed by pages based on city skylines.
The next pair had an orange/peach/pink colour scheme.
I came across some additional scraps for the next two pages.
The next pair used matching patterns and colours.I am enjoying the challenge so far. Let's see how long I can keep it up.

some great pages, good to see skeleton leaves - I've not used any of those for ages!
