WOYWW 895/115: Waiting on Results

Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness.  Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.

I can't show you the ATC and PTC that I have made as they are for a swap.
Eva was on the other side of the desk having been for a walk and breakfast at Trentham on Monday.

I am back at the dentist today for a follow up appointment.  I gave u3a a miss yesterday as I have tweaked a nerve in my neck again so am back doing the exercises the physio gave me last year for the same thing.

I am awaiting test results from a follow up procedure on Saturday to last Thursdays scans and consultation.  One of the nurses happened to be an ex form member of mine from over 20 years' ago!  I am not worrying in the mean time however, as there seems little point in stressing out for the moment.

Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

Lovely photo of Eva enjoying your crafty activities. I do hope all goes well with tests etc and your neck eases too. Get plenty of rest and your gentle exercises. cx x Jo 🌈

Happy pre-knitting WOYWW!
A great attitude - why worry about something you have no control over? Won't help and you don't need the stress. Hoping for good news on your behalf! This is a great bunch of ATCs and Eve looks like she is having a blast!

Seeing pupils you once taught seems to be a fact of life for teachers and they usually recognise us before we realise who they are. Good luck at the dentist too. Hugs Angela x7x

Sorry to hear of the stress, aches and pains affecting you :( Especially when you have to patiently wait to hear results. Another lovely set of ATCs and of course the Observatory stands out, given the news about Jodrell this week. Sending hugs for the coming week x

Ooh poor you, your neck is so useful that it not being on top form is extremely inconvenient. I hope it’s not too painful. Am super impressed that you remember the exercises, nothing wrong with your memory then dear gal! Meanwhile, I’m with you about waiting for the results, I figure that if there was anything too untoward, they’d summon you quite quickly. Nevertheless, it’s not trivial either, the waiting, so I’m keeping busy for you! Xx

So sorry you’re under the weather. I hope your exercises and dentist have a good effect.
It’s good to see Eva back crafting with you. Say hi from us!
That’s a lovely set of ATCs, the observatory makes me felt glad I’ve ordered my eclipse glasses for 12 August! It also reminds me of the sad news about Jodrell Bank losing its funding. Ive signed the petition against that.
Happy WOYWW
Hugs

Good morning, Sarah
Sending positive energy for the health issues. So good to see Eva's smile.
I love your drawings. I can tell there has been improvement from when you first began showing us years ago. Proving practice is the best path.
Creative Blessings & Hugs!

Sorry to read about your sore neck, I hope your recovery is soon. Take it easy and try not to worry about the scans. The best advice, but difficult to do x Angela.

Oh now you've got me - ATC I know but racking my brains for a PTC? Nice to have a visitor, bet it is a darn sight cooler up there , or is it? Love your anemone card did a class on drawing petals like that a while back, much revisit or I could transpose to embroidery, we'll see. So sorry to hear your medical woes, hope all calms down for you soon and great that you aren't worrying about it. Gentle Hugs Bj#11
