This evening I will be driving to Birmingham (Midland Arts Centre) to see Steve Hofstetter, the stand up comedian from the US. Really looking forward to it as I have followed him on FB for ages.
Mum's as usual on Friday so will make my visits while there. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

Lots of R and R sounds to be required. Hope the Dr was nothing serious. I have the dentist Friday and really not looking forward to it....it's only hygenist but not my favourite proceedure. Hope you enjoy tonight....laughter is the best medicine.

Oh tell me about the falling apart in retirement!! Par for the course I'm afraid. Hope all is OK. Never heard of Steve Hofstetter will have to look him up. I'm still a Mock the week and QI fan love a bit of banter. Super cards as always the beef one took me a while but I got there LOL. Hugs Bj#7
Lol at the beef card! I hope the meds sort out your tooth and the visit to the docs/tests aren’t too serious. I hope you manage to get some RandR now you’re finally retired again - don’t be tempted back a third time!

Unfortunately “beef” is a mystery to me. I am guessing it’s about an argument, is it something about losing your head? I hope the tests don’t show anything serious. Enjoy your comedy show. Hugs Angela
I expect the Dr couldn’t believe their luck that you’ve had time to visit and probably trying to catch up on a raft of tests! Hope a good rest will help and be enjoyable. Sorry about the toothache, hope the medication kicks in v quickly. No doubt you’ll enjoy the SH show, he’s funny!
