Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness. Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.
I can't believe it is July already. Where did the first half of 2026 go?
My desk shows my daily affirmation cards and also the results of a fabulous workshop with Tilly Tea Dance on Saturday. The day was topped off by a visit to the theatre to see Willy Wonka, which was an excellent production.I managed to get four samples made and posted off by Sunday, so it was a busy weekend too.
It has been far more comfortable in school this week thank goodness - hopefully you have all enjoyed cooler temperatures.
Tomorrow I am off to York with the Lichfield recorder group for the u3a festival. Another long day, so I am looking forward to a lie in on Friday!
Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

What a fantastic workshop! I envy you your trip to York. Haven’t been in decades but it was a fave when Jack was young. Love the ATCs too. The flapper is so creative! Happy WOYWW!

I love the bluebells - a nice, relaxing day for you. Your trip to York sounds exciting and it's a beautiful city to visit - one of our favourite places. x x Jo 🌈
I can't believe it's already July either! Your landscape came out lovely. I love felting, but have never done a picture. I really like your flapper. Glad you enjoyed the Willy Wonka production and Happy WOYWW!
Ooh the workshop make looks lovely, is it a needle felting? Enjoy York, not been since the 90s! Kyla
The worshop looks like a real success Sarah...I love your results. The cooler weather is just perfect for me too.

Hi Sarah, we have had a couple of slightly cooler days, it looked as though it might rain yesterday but it only lasted two minutes and that was it. Lovely collection of art work today and hope you have a lovely day in York too. I'm up to my massive collection of Clarity stamps next in the cabin which sadly haven't seen the light of day for ages, sadly they may have to find a new home too. Wishing you a very happy woyww, Angela x10x
So glad you enjoyed the workshop, you must have quite a selection of felty pictures by now! Have fun at the festival, hope it all goes well - we used to live 20 mins away from York, it’s one of my favourite cities xx
Hugs LLJ 3 xx
Like you, I'm grateful for the cooler temperatures this week :) Beautiful felted picture, looks like it was fun to make. Great final week of this month's ATCs, especially the cute little hermit crab :) Enjoy your U3A festival xx
