I do love creating marbled backgrounds for stamping and chose one from my stash for this Geisha card.

Rainbow Geishas

I couldn't resist using my favourite rainbow colours with these silhouette Geisha stamps from Clarity Crafts.

Thinking of You Spring Flower Tag

The latest challenge over on Tag Tuesday is Spring Flowers.  I used the Beauty Blooms stamp set from Clarity Crafts.

Die cut two tags from Clarity stencil card using the largest and smallest nested arch tags dies.

Add Thinking of you and one of the small flower outlines from the Beauty Bloom stamp set to the small tag in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.

Add the flower inner in Purple Delight Versafine Clair ink.

Add one of the large outline stamps to the large tag in Monarch Versafine Clair ink.

Continue adding outline blooms to the large tag in Paradise Versafine Clair and the inks already used.

Mat the small tag onto black card and trim leaving a narrow border.

Add the small tag to the larger one.

To finish, add narrow ribbons through the hole in the large tag.

Handsome Gentleman

I thought these dapper stamps from the Just Gents stamp set from Clarity Crafts would look good on kraft card.

WOYWW 774: Getting Ready

 Sorry I still haven't got round to visiting desks but I have been busy scanning photos, choosing music and getting ready for Paul's funeral on 15th April.

#2 son took me down to London last week to see the shows I had booked to see with Paul.  It was a bittersweet trip but I know he wouldn't have wanted the tickets to go to waste.  The shows were excellent and my son treated me to lunch at Aqua at The Shard.  It was wet while we were there but the views from the 32nd floor were spectacular.

I cheated with my #dailycollage2024 as I had Thursday and Friday's prepared in advance.

As you can see, for April I am going with a brown/sepia palette.

I will try and get round a few desks this week but it might be a generic comment.  Don't forget to visit/link in with Julia at Stamping Ground.

The Happy Couple

A colleague was married last week.  This is the card I made a while ago for staff to sign.  I wish the happy couple a long and happy marriage.

#dailycollage2024: The End of a Difficult Month

Working on my #dailycollage2024 pages has helped keep me on an even keel since I lost my husband earlier in March.  These are my pages for the second half of the month.  I am very grateful to family friends and colleagues who have been so supportive.

I have found many of the Clarity Words stickers comforting as I have added them to the pages each day.
